As a frequent visitor to Italy, particularly known for its luxury fashion scene, I had the pleasure of staying at Windsor Hotel Milano during my recent trip to Milan. The hotel's prime location near the fashion district and main shopping streets makes it a convenient choice for fashion enthusiasts like myself. The proximity to the Brera neighborhood, known for its design and art scene, added an extra charm to my stay.One notable aspect is the hotel's strategic location, offering easy access to public transportation and key landmarks such as Sforzesco Castle and Piazza Del Duomo. While the room was clean and the bed comfortable, I did encounter some issues with room 336, including a malfunctioning AC and electrical problems, eventually necessitating a room change. Despite this inconvenience, the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout the process, ensuring a pleasant overall experience.In terms of amenities, the complimentary mini-bar with water and soft drinks was a thoughtful touch, although the limited selection may not cater to all tastes. The hotel's restaurant provided a pleasant dining experience, with a good selection of food in a cozy setting.Windsor Hotel Milano offers a decent value proposition with its central location and comfortable accommodations. While there were minor room-related setbacks, the attentive staff and convenient access to Milan's attractions contribute to a satisfactory stay.
